Its key strength is the huge network of over 4,000 Associates worldwide, whose expertise in specialist areas can be utilised within the Programme at significantly reduced rates.We work in and with your business, calling upon the services of our fellow Associates as required. This gives you not only the same resources as much larger corporations, but allows you to compete effectively with them at a fraction of the cost you would expect to pay for this kind of expertise and breadth of experience.There is a truly amazing amount of 'horsepower' and knowhow in the Associate network, covering almost any issue likely to be encountered.Under the Business Support Programme (BSP), you will be allocated a number of days per month, typically 2 days or more, for the exact advice and support you need for your business.The process begins with an initial meeting which is totally free of charge and without obligation. It offers you the opportunity to discuss your business and any issues you may face in complete confidence. To gain the most benefit from the meeting, it is best that all owners, partners or directors participate.
